1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DocSigner Pro ("the Application"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Application.
2. Description of Application & On-Device Processing
DocSigner Pro is an offline-first mobile utility for Android that enables users to view, fill, e-sign, password-encrypt, and verify PDF documents directly on their device.
You acknowledge and agree that DocSigner Pro processes and stores all documents, signatures, and cryptographic hash logs strictly within your device's local storage. We do not provide remote cloud backup. You are solely responsible for exporting, backing up, or safely storing your files.
3. Electronic Signatures Legal Notice
DocSigner Pro provides technical tools to apply digital and vector electronic signatures, styled initials, and cryptographic SHA-256 audit trails. In many jurisdictions (including the United States under the ESIGN Act and UETA, and the European Union under eIDAS), electronic signatures are recognized with legal validity.
It is the user's sole responsibility to ensure that an electronic signature is accepted by the counterparties, governmental agencies, or institutions involved in your transaction. DocSigner Pro does not provide legal advice, notarization services, or representation as a licensed certification authority (CA).
4. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing
DocSigner Pro provides flexible monetization options powered through Google Play Billing:
Free Tier (Ad-Supported)
Free users may sign documents within generous document and field quotas. Free users can voluntarily view sponsor video advertisements to unlock unlimited fields and export signed documents without paying.
Lifetime VIP Pass (One-Time IAP)
The Lifetime VIP Pass is a single, one-time payment ($19.99 USD or localized equivalent) that grants permanent unlimited document signing, unlimited fields, and complete ad suppression across the app. This license is non-consumable and linked to your Google Play account. You can restore your purchase on new Android devices using the "Restore Purchases" button in the app.
Weekly Pass (Auto-Renewing Subscription)
The Weekly Pass ($1.99 USD / week or localized equivalent) provides 7 days of full VIP features. It automatically renews every week unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions.
Refunds: All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly through the Google Play Store refund policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Documents: You retain 100% of the ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in and to any PDF documents, signatures, text fields, and materials you process within DocSigner Pro. We claim zero ownership or license over your documents.
The Application: The software, algorithms, code, design, icons, and trademarks associated with DocSigner Pro are the exclusive intellectual property of the application developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APPLICATION.
